Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Niche Trading order. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original, unopened and unused condition
• In its original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

All returned items are subject to review and inspection upon receipt. Items returned in a damaged, opened, or used condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal hygiene products (for health and hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "Sale" or discounted more than 30%
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers
• Items purchased as part of a bundle, once any item in the bundle has been opened
• Items that have deteriorated, expired, or were damaged by the customer

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery:

Our team will confirm eligibility, provide the return address, and guide you through the process. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect (see below). We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

We will arrange a free collection and replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (you pay the difference), subject to product availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email. The original item must meet the same return eligibility conditions above.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued as follows:

• Card payments: Refunded to the original card used
• Cash on delivery orders: Refunded as store credit (valid for 12 months)
• Wallet or voucher payments: Refunded to the original source

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Consumer Rights under Qatari Law

This policy is in addition to and does not limit your rights under Qatari consumer protection law, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection. If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Qatar (consumer protection department) at www.moci.gov.qa.
